Ok, so as of today, there are two more weeks left in the Fall League season. We’ll be out playing on Saturday 11/13 with playoffs and followed by a party on Saturday 11/20.
Weekday pickup has moved to Armstrong Atlantic University. The fields are in really great shape down there. We’ll be playing Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 8 pm. We had a great time running six on six on Thursday the 11th. I’ll post a new thread for each pickup day, so we can coordinate carpooling in the comments.
We held our Fall League draft on Thursday after Pick-Up. By now, if you’re playing Fall League, you should have received the Welcome to Fall League email and a quick note from one of your captains.
IF YOU WANT TO PLAY, BUT HAVE NOT SIGNED UP, THERE IS DEFINITELY STILL SPACE. IN THE INTEREST OF LEAGUE BALANCE, PLEASE EMAIL TOBY AT TOBY.M.HYDE (AT) GMAIL.COM AND YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM IN CONSULTATION WITH OTHER CAPTAINS.
WE NEED A FEW MORE LADIES OF ANY SKILL LEVEL FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED, ESPECIALLY.
Fall League will begin play this Saturday, October 9 at 10 am at Forsyth Park. There’s still time to join. Sign up by Thursday, October 7 at 4 pm.

The Savannah Ultimate Project (SUP) is an organization dedicated to promoting, growing and most importantly playing the sport of Ultimate in and around Savannah while championing the “Spirit of the Game.” We like playing Ultimate and want to share the fun of this great game.
Spirit, for short, is a tradition of sportsmanship that places the responsibility for fair play on the players. There are no referees in Ultimate. Highly competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of the bond of mutual respect between players, adherence to the rules of the game or the basic joy of play.
